Show Notes
October 28, 2003 was the day Kevin's life was saved with the removal of a brain tumor, but tragically also marks the day that Kevin became blind. It's been 20 years and Kevin just prays that his story will be a help to someone, somewhere in this world who needs to be reminded that the darkness does not last forever. Soon enough, you will find light again, even in the dark.
"Sometimes God doesn't change our circumstances. He changes the way we see them."
Inside of today's special 230TH Episode, Kevin shares a recent interview he did for the podcast, Unyielded: Thriving No Matter What! Listen as Bobbi Kahler sits down to interview Kevin and to unpack his incredible story of becoming blind at the age of 17 due to a brain tumor. The interview allows Kevin to really open up, sharing so many insightful details and reflections on his story, especially surrounding the challenges he faced and the dark period he went through before finding a new perspective on life. Kevin emphasizes the importance of embracing your emotions and giving yourself grace during difficult times. He also shares how he found inspiration and purpose in his journey, leading him to become a Transformational Life & Business Coach and to host this very podcast, "Grit, Grace, & Inspiration". Kevin's story is a testament to the power of resilience and finding meaning in adversity.
