None of us know how we will react when faced with trauma. Will we be brave? Will we be the person who continues to be happy, always smiling, laughing, cracking jokes, even when face-to-face with our own mortality? Or will we close out the world and fall deeper into ourselves, completely absorbed by the horrific nature of our reality?
As you dive into today's episode I encourage you to keep this thought in the back of your mind... What kind of person do I want to be? How do I want to be remembered? Can I do it... Stand up strong in the face of life's most difficult challenges? It's only something you can answer, but I hope that today's conversation will really leave you pondering this thought.
