Lorie Tesny's encounter with adversity has driven her to live a more purposeful life, focusing on what truly matters. Her resilient mindset has played a key role in staying positive throughout challenges.
As a certified mindfulness teacher, sailor, two-time cancer survivor, and host of the podcast "Sailing Through Life," Lorie draws on her love for sailing to draw parallels to life's events.
After battling cancer twice, she realized the urgency of taking control and steering her own path. Navigating rough seas has taught her that sailing can also be serene and life-affirming. Lorie aims to use her voice and cancer experience to connect with others, aiming to alleviate isolation in at least one person.
