We collect information you choose to provide through contact, speaking-inquiry, and podcast-comment forms, plus limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we are and what this policy covers
The Site is operated by Lowe Down Media LLC, based in Ormond Beach, Florida, United States. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Lowe Down Media LLC. “Site” means gritgraceinspiration.com, the related KevinSpeaks.org speaking entry point, and the current ChatGPT Sites address used to deliver the same website.
This policy applies to information handled through the Site, including general-contact and speaking-inquiry forms, podcast comments, email links, downloadable planner resources, podcast audio, the optional voice-message recorder, and the speaker reel. It does not govern an independent website or service that you choose to visit.
For privacy questions or requests, email kevin@gritgraceinspiration.com.
Information we collect
Information you provide
The general-contact form may collect your name, email address, organization, inquiry topic, subject, message, and anything else you choose to include. The speaking form may also collect event date or timeline, location, audience size and type, speaker budget, event goals, and referral source. If a conversation continues, we keep relevant correspondence and planning details.
A podcast-comment submission includes the entered name, email address, comment, episode, and submission time. The email address is used for moderation and communication and is not displayed publicly. If Kevin approves the comment, only the entered name, comment, and publication date appear publicly.
If you choose to open SpeakPipe and record a voice message, SpeakPipe processes the audio and information associated with that interaction. Do not include sensitive personal information in a voice message.
Information collected in site operations
Hosting, security, delivery, web-font, and podcast-hosting providers may process limited technical information such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, requested page or media, timestamps, playback activity, and diagnostic or security logs. This information is used to serve pages and media, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
Information created by optional third-party interactions
YouTube does not load until you press play, and SpeakPipe does not load until you open the recorder. When activated, those providers may receive device, network, account, recording, or playback information under their own policies. Captivate hosts podcast audio and may receive a media request when you play an episode. Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Substack, Flowday, and other external destinations receive information after you select their links.
Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, patient or student records, Social Security numbers, financial-account details, passwords, or other highly sensitive information. The Site is not a patient portal, student portal, emergency channel, or confidential healthcare service.
How and why we use information
We use information to respond to messages; evaluate and coordinate speaking inquiries; recommend an appropriate program; prepare proposals or contracts; receive and moderate podcast comments; maintain ordinary business records; deliver and secure the Site; prevent spam, fraud, or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business and Site, compliance with law, and consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing that depends on consent.
We do not use form information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
When information is shared
We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above.
| Recipient or provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Formspree | Receives and stores fields submitted through the general-contact or speaking form and delivers those messages, plus podcast-comment moderation notices, to Kevin’s email inbox. |
| Website hosting and security providers | Serve the Site, process requests, store pending and approved comments, maintain availability, and protect against abuse. |
| Email and business technology providers | Transmit, store, and organize communications, privacy requests, and event-planning records. |
| Google Fonts | Delivers the Site’s typefaces and may receive ordinary request information such as an Internet Protocol address and browser headers. |
| Google / YouTube | Provides the privacy-enhanced speaker-reel player only after a visitor chooses to play it. |
| SpeakPipe | Provides the optional voice-message recorder only after a visitor chooses to open it; SpeakPipe then processes the recording and associated technical information under its own policy. |
| Captivate | Hosts the podcast feed and audio. Captivate may receive ordinary device, network, and playback information when podcast audio is requested. |
| Professional advisers or authorities | Support legal, accounting, insurance, safety, or compliance needs when reasonably necessary or required by law. |
Provider information is available from Formspree, OpenAI, Google, SpeakPipe, and Captivate. Each provider controls its own published practices.
We do not sell personal information, rent contact lists, or share Site information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this policy and any legally required choice mechanism will be updated before the change takes effect.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a portable copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; appeal a privacy-request decision; or complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
Email kevin@gritgraceinspiration.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect the information. An authorized agent may make a request where law permits, subject to reasonable proof of authority. We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
California disclosures and browser signals
The Site is not designed to track visitors across unrelated websites for targeted advertising. Because we do not sell or share Site information for that purpose, Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Track” signals do not change our current advertising practices. Essential delivery, security, diagnostic, and visitor-requested media processing may still occur.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Retention depends on whether an inquiry becomes an engagement, the business relationship, legal and accounting requirements, dispute-resolution needs, and security or backup cycles. Pending or rejected comments are periodically reviewed and may be deleted; approved comments may remain with the episode until removed or a valid deletion request is completed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information. No website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been misused.
International visitors
We operate from the United States, and providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws differ. Where required, providers may use recognized transfer safeguards. A request must be processed where we and our providers operate so we can respond and deliver the requested service.
Children and student audiences
Kevin speaks to schools and student audiences, but the Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent, guardian, teacher, or administrator should submit a school inquiry, and children under 13 should not use the contact form, comment form, or voice-message recorder.
The speaking-inquiry form is for adult event planners age 18 or older. If you believe a child submitted personal information through the Site, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes, related policies, and contact
We may update this policy when the Site, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest version. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, we will provide additional notice when required.
