What in the world is Forest Bathing?

About this episode

Saying goodbye to her home in California Tee McNeill set off on what would become a continuous trip around the world. Tee McNeill, the owner of McNeill Luxury Travel shares her story of living out of a suitcase as a digital nomad. Living for a few months in one corner of the world before moving on to another Tee finds a deep sense of belonging in each place she visits. Tee also credits her nomadic lifestyle to the life-changing trips she is able to curate for her clients.

But that’s not all that makes Tee McNeill so interesting! Have you ever heard of Forest Bathing? Tee gives us a look inside this profoundly moving practice of connecting ourselves with nature. As a travel entrepreneur, digital nomad, history geek, travel blogger, and friend I could think of no better person to be a guest on the podcast!
