Exploring the Beautiful Craziness of the Midlife Crisis with Jennifer Villamil

About this episode

In that awkward stage of life when you're not young, but you're not really old either... When life's timeline hasn't followed your life's timeline at all. When you almost feel like you're going through a Midlife Crisis, but know you're certainly not old enough for one of those! It's in this beautiful crazy period of life that we find ourselves sitting down to talk with Jennifer Villamil.

Inching closer to 40 years old during a pandemic while also replanning her wedding multiple times due to COVID, 2020 and 2021 made Jennifer Villamil reevaluate her life choices in search of positive change.

To sort through this time in her life, she launched My Almost Midlife Crisis Podcast in January 2021 to discuss the challenges of this time in our lives and how the midlife crisis doesn't have to be negative. The midlife crisis can be time for positive change and should be celebrated!
